The Mountain Brook Police Department is hosting a Situational Awareness and Basic Self-Defense Course designed for residents who would like to be more familiar with safety, situational awareness, and self-defense. This six-week course lasts 1.5 to 2 hours on Tuesday evenings. Space is limited!
