This Saturday, Ignite Cycle is celebrating their newest location in Lane Parke with a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting! We are so excited to have them in the Mountain Brook community and hope you will join us at 11am to officially cut the ribbon!

Located at 224 29th St S, Birmingham, AL, 35233, Ignite Cycle is Birmingham's only indoor cycling studio! Their typical class is 45 minutes long, in a dark room, with loud music, and a group of your fellow sweaty “party animals”. For those 45 minutes, you'll ride to the beat of an expertly curated playlist, do some fun {and safe} dance moves on the bike, and even have one song working your arms with some lightweight dumbbells.
