Event Description:
Come one, come all! Help us celebrate the fabulous fall season 18th Century French style with a village street carnival! The festivities abound with klezmer music, acrobats, belly dancers, tarot readings, fortune teller, delectable food, poetry reading, exotic costumes and lantern parade!
5:30-9:30pm at Chez Lulu in English Village.
Here's a rough schedule of events:
5:30pm-9:30
-Harvest sidewalk dinner service, featuring the farm fresh bounties of the season
7pm-ish
-Magic Shtetle Klezmer Band begins
-Acrobatic performances
-Tarot readings
-Fortune teller
7:30pm
-Poetry Reading
-Shrouding of the Giant Puppets (putting them away for the winter)
8pm
-Lantern Parade through English Village (all are invited to join!)
-Magic Shtetle Klezmer Band accompaniment
8:30-ish
-Acrobatic performances
-Belly dancers
-General Merriment
